Lindsey is an Executive Coach who blends a deep understanding of human behavior with over a decade of hands-on business experience. Holding an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Business and an MBA from the University of Michigan, Lindsey spent 10 years at Google where she specialized in learning and development by designing and leading facilitator trainings that elevated the quality and impact of global programs.
During this time, Lindsey also managed high-visibility product launches and drove digital advertising and YouTube sales strategy, combining operational excellence with a talent for engaging audiences. Her expertise in building scalable training experiences has helped facilitators worldwide deliver content with clarity, confidence, and measurable results.
In addition to corporate leadership, Lindsey served as a Teaching Assistant for the Coaching and Mentoring course at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business MBA program for three years, collaborating with renowned coach Shahnaz Broucek to guide future business leaders.
