At the center of our team coaching is the Flourishing Teams™ assessment and card game, a proprietary tool we've developed to give teams a clear, honest read on where they are and what's getting in the way. Unlike traditional assessments, the card game gets teams talking about the things that usually go unspoken: where trust is fraying, what people are working around, what they actually need from each other to do their best work.

From there, team coaching moves through four connected phases:

• See the team clearly. Assess the team's current state, surface strengths and blind spots, and align on where the team wants to be six months from now.
• Close the gap. Identify the specific behaviors, individually and collectively, that will move the team from where it is to where it wants to be.
• Build the way you work together. Develop team agreements that improve people, process, and results, and create the conditions for inclusion and trust to take root.
• Commit to the work. Lock in an action plan with clear strategies and accountability, so the changes hold long after the coaching ends.
