Lesley has over 20 years of consulting experience leading talent management and leadership development initiatives for clients across multiple industries. During her 10 years at PwC, she led the design and delivery of award-winning programs for partners, staff, and new hires.

On a Personal Note
In addition to her passion for leadership development, Lesley has a passion for family, health and wellness, and travel. She loves to water-ski and is grateful for the opportunities the sport has given her to live and work abroad as a professional water-skier in Germany, Australia and Japan.
Most of all Lesley enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She lives in Florida with her husband and two daughters. She is actively involved with her daughters’ activities, including coaching their water-ski team.
