Lesley Gunderson is an action-oriented, business minded professional coach, passionate about building leaders at all levels by helping them set and achieve goals that optimize their performance. Lesley specializes in career, leadership and team coaching. She helps clients clarify their values, strengths, mission, vision and purpose to establish an inner compass and design their ideal life. She helps leaders maximize their potential by building the skills they need to: motivate and inspire others, elevate individual and team performance, and advance their careers while achieving the work/life balance they desire. In all of her work, she focuses on goal setting, action planning, decision making, energy management, healthy habits and emotional intelligence.
Lesley has 20 years of consulting experience leading talent management and leadership development initiatives for clients across multiple industries. During her 10 years at PwC, she led the design and delivery of award-winning programs for partners, staff, and new hires.

On a Personal Note
In addition to her passion for leadership development, Lesley has a passion for family, health and wellness, and travel. She loves to run and water-ski, and is grateful for the opportunities these sports have given her to live and work abroad as a professional water-skier in Germany, Australia, and Japan.
Most of all Lesley enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two young daughters. She is actively involved with her daughters’ activities including coaching their water-ski team and runs numerous leadership development programs at her daughters’ school.
