Jade has over 20 years’ experience working with leaders and teams on positive organizational strategies, employee engagement initiatives, leadership coaching and development, and workplace communication.
As a leadership and executive coach, Jade is a true partner helping individuals and teams discover their strengths and passions, leading to a more fulfilling purpose and desirable outcomes. She effectively builds strong and trusted relationships, is an effective listener, and has an inclusive and interactive style of facilitation. In addition to leadership development, Jade is passionate about coaching individuals through career transitions and guiding them in developing career path strategies aligned to their personal values. She has experience working with people at all career stages, including executives, mid-career changes, first-time leaders, and early career.
Jade has experience working in several different industries including human capital management/recruitment technology, telecommunications, and hospitality. During her career, she’s had the opportunity to live and work in Connecticut, Boston, and Washington, D.C. She is currently based in the Chicago area with her husband, two teenage kids, and dog Theo.
Education & Certificates
Jade earned an Executive MBA degree from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business, and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Purdue University. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is certified through the ICF as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She earned her Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and is Energy Leadership Index certified as a Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).
