Lisa Morgan offers 15+ years’ experience advising leaders and mid-career professionals, including coaching executives at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Lisa is skilled at guiding clients to get clear on their mission, vision, value proposition, and brand. She is deeply committed to helping individuals overcome derailers to success and achieve their highest leadership potential. Prior to her work at Michigan Ross, Lisa supported executives and professionals navigating leadership and career transitions at a consulting firm and a Fortune 50 company in southeast Michigan.

Lisa brings a broad business background to every client interaction, garnered through an early history in business process reengineering and IT consulting in the automotive and consumer finance sectors. She has led teams in line and staff roles, and served as a leadership program manager, 360 feedback coach, and master trainer.

Lisa earned a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

Certification

Lisa is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), credentialed through the International Coach Federation. She earned a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. She is certified in Benchmarks 360 by the Center for Creative Leadership and completed the Career Development Facilitator (CDF) program at Oakland University.

Lisa was selected as a Preferred Coaching Provider by the Alumni Association of the University of Michigan. Currently, at the Ross School of Business, she provides career coaching to alumni and serves on the coaching team for the Executive MBA Program and Executive Education.
